 When I was a kid, the only thing I got in my Easter Basket was dyed hard boiled eggs and candy – chocolate and jelly beans. No toys or money or big gifts waiting outdoors. I’m not sure why things changed, but Easter can be very expensive nowadays . And in my opinion helps spoil our kids. Candy, a plush bunny or a book is fine, but don’t go overboard! I thought I’d share with you some of these crafty Easter Basket ideas: 
And don’t forget, no bunnies or baby chicks for Easter! Too many end up dead or in animal shelters.
Now go ahead and spend time with your kids dying eggs and making these crafts. That’s what’s most important.
